Complete Boom Repairs
We diagnose and repair the entire boom for proper functionality. Repairs include leaking hydraulic cylinders, bad sheaves and bearings, and worn pins and bushings. We also do basket repairs for bucket trucks which could have cracks, holes drilled in it, or unauthorized modifications that will compromise structural integrity of the basket or machine. Mack’s Garage has a certified welder to provide necessary services.
Complete Hydraulic Repairs
We diagnose and repair hydraulics. Repairs include fixing leaking valves, leaking cylinders, cut or charged hoses, and pumps and PTOs that are no longer functioning or working properly.

Planned Maintenance (PM) Programs
Having a proper Planned Maintenance Program (PM Program) is crucial for all fleets of any size. PM Programs are beneficial in eliminating downtime from preventable issues. A typical PM includes oil and filter changes, greased top to bottom, brakes adjusted, lights checked for proper function, and multipoint inspection on all moving parts. We can assist in determining the frequency of this program and customize it to your specifications.
bucket trucks
We diagnose and repair all bucket trucks with insulated and non-insulated booms, including articulated boom, telescopic boom, combination boom. Repairs include full rehoses, fiberglass and gel coat repair, leveling systems, leaking valves, PTO and pump repair, and basket repair.
Boom Trucks
We diagnose and repair all boom trucks including National, Manitex, Terex, Elliot, and Altec. Repairs include retraction cables, cylinder repair, sheave repair or replacement, wear pads, pins and bushing, wire rope replacement, pump and PTO repair, and LMI (load moment indicator) repair.
Digger Derricks
We diagnose and repair all Digger Derricks including altec. Repairs include cylinder repair, sheave repair or replacement, wear pads, pins and bushing, rope replacement, pto and pump repair, augers repair, and full rehoses.
